1. ACCEPTANCE

These Terms govern your use of our website and engagement of our services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use our website or services.

2. SERVICES

All services are subject to a formal written quotation, written client acceptance, and receipt of any agreed advance payment. No engagement is binding until all three conditions are met.

3. QUOTATIONS

• Valid for 30 calendar days from issue unless otherwise stated
• Based on information provided at  time of enquiry accuracy of client information is the client’s responsibility
• The Company reserves the right to revise a quote if client-provided information is found to be materially inaccurate

4. PAYMENT TERMS

• Standard: 50% advance on order confirmation; 50% balance before dispatch
• Large projects: milestone payments as defined in the quotation
• Payment by bank transfer to Company’s designated account
• Interest on overdue balances at rates consistent with Saudi commercial law

5. DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk passes to the client upon delivery. Claims for damage or short delivery must be raised within 48 hours of receipt.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Company-created designs remain Company IP unless explicitly transferred in writing. Client-provided IP remains client property; used solely to fulfil the agreed order.

7. WARRANTY

We warrant that all work conforms to the agreed specification and is free from manufacturing defects at delivery. Claims must be made in writing within 14 days. Our remedy is repair, replacement, or refund of the defective work value.

8. LIABILITY LIMITATION

Total liability is limited to the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to Saudi Arabian court jurisdiction.
