Sheet metal fabrication is where raw material becomes real product where a design file, a sheet of steel or aluminum, and the right combination of cutting, bending, welding, and finishing processes produce components that build Saudi Arabia's construction projects, equip its factories, and define the spaces its people work and live in.
At Nawat Al Tashkeel Al Madani, we manage the complete sheet metal fabrication workflow in-house from laser cutting and press-brake bending through TIG/MIG welding, surface grinding, and finishing preparation. Our Riyadh and Alqassim facilities give Saudi Arabia's most demanding fabrication clients a single, accountable partner for every stage of the process.
The quality of a fabricated assembly is determined by the weakest step in its production chain. A precisely laser-cut blank can produce a poor final assembly if the press-brake bending is inaccurate. A perfectly formed component can be ruined by a poorly controlled weld. And a beautifully fabricated piece can be let down by inadequate surface finishing. By managing every step of the fabrication process in our own facilities, with our own equipment and our own team, we eliminate the quality gaps that occur when work passes between different suppliers. There is no 'the problem happened at the bending shop' at Nawat Al Tashkeel Al Madani. There is one team, one standard, and one level of accountability from first cut to final delivery.
Every fabrication project at Nawat Al Tashkeel Al Madani starts with a precision fiber laser cut. Clean, accurate blanks and profiles with tight dimensional tolerances and burr-free edges establishing the dimensional foundation on which every subsequent operation builds.
Our CNC press brakes apply precisely controlled force through calibrated punch-and-die tooling to bend sheet metal to specified angles with tolerances of ±0.5° on standard bends. The CNC back-gauge system positions the bend line to ±0.1mm, ensuring consistent bend position across production batches. We hold comprehensive tooling inventories for standard and custom profiles covering a wide range of angles, radii, and material thicknesses without special tooling charges.
Cylindrical and conical forms of tanks, ventilation ducts, decorative curved features, and structural pipe-work transitions are produced on our plate rolls and section rollers. We roll forms to specified radii with smooth, distortion-free curvature across standard material thicknesses.
Our welding team includes certified welders proficient in TIG welding (stainless steel, aluminum, and thin-gauge applications requiring clean, precise welds), MIG welding (carbon steel fabrication at higher productivity), and spot welding (sheet metal assemblies where a continuous weld bead is not required). Weld quality is assessed visually and dimensionally as a standard part of our quality process. We grind and refinish welds that don't meet our appearance or structural standard.
Weld spatter, heat tint, sharp edges, and surface imperfections are addressed in our finishing department before components are packaged for delivery. For stainless steel applications, passivation is applied after welding and grinding to restore the corrosion-resistant oxide layer. Surface roughness targets are agreed per project and verified before dispatch.
