Sheet Metal Fabrication — Saudi Arabia’s Full In-House Workflow

From raw sheet to finished, assembled, surface-treated component — every step under one roof in Riyadh and Alqassim. No subcontracted welding, no quality escapes between processes, no coordination gaps.

Overview

Sheet metal fabrication is the discipline of turning flat sheet stock into finished three-dimensional assemblies. Done well, it requires four tightly-coordinated stages: precision cutting, accurate forming, professional welding, and proper finishing. At Nawat, all four happen in our facilities, on our equipment, by our team — which means a single point of accountability for the finished product and no quality drift between hands.

Frequently Asked

Sheet Metal Fabrication — Your Questions, Answered

Do you weld stainless and aluminum?

Yes — both. TIG for finish-critical work, MIG for productivity on heavier sections. Weld appearance matches the application.

Can you handle large structural fabrications?

Speak with us — we handle a wide size range. For very large structural assemblies we’ll discuss feasibility honestly at enquiry stage.

Do you provide finishing?

Yes — grinding, polishing, brushing in-house. Powder coating, anodising and electroplating arranged through trusted local partners.

What’s your typical lead time for a 50-unit run?

Depends entirely on geometry, material, and finish — but for typical sheet metal enclosures we’d quote 7–14 working days. Send drawings for a real number.
