1. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue unless otherwise specified. Pricing is based on the information provided at quote stage; significant changes to scope, materials, or quantity may result in revised pricing.

2. Orders & Confirmation

Production commences only upon written order confirmation and, where applicable, receipt of agreed deposit. Lead times stated in quotations are working-day estimates from the date of confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are agreed at quote stage. For new clients, a deposit may be required. Final balance is due on dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Quality & Warranty

All work is performed to the dimensional and finish specifications agreed at quote/drawing stage. Defects in workmanship are remedied at our cost. Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or installation after dispatch is not covered.

5. Intellectual Property

Design files supplied by the client remain the property of the client. Designs developed by Nawat as part of an engagement remain the property of Nawat unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to shipping disruptions, raw material supply interruptions, or regulatory changes.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are addressed first through good-faith negotiation, then through KSA dispute resolution mechanisms as appropriate.
