Overview
Mold making is one of the most demanding disciplines in fabrication. The dimensional precision, surface finish, and material selection of a mold directly determine the quality, consistency, and cost of every part it produces. At Nawat, we design and machine sheet metal forming molds and plastic injection molds in-house — on our 4-axis CNC milling centres, by engineers who understand both the mold and the process it will support.

Brief & Part Definition
We capture the part the mold will produce — geometry, material, volume, finish, tolerance.
Mold Design
CAD design of the mold including draft, ejection, cooling (where relevant), and parting strategy.
Material Selection
Tool steel grade selected based on production volume, abrasiveness, and finish requirement.
Precision Machining
4-axis CNC milling for cavity and core. Surface finishing as the application requires.
Trial & Adjustment
Initial trial run with adjustments made for any dimensional drift or finish issues.
Sign-off & Delivery
Trial-approved mold delivered with documentation and warranty.

Yes — repairs, refurbishment, and modifications. Often faster and cheaper than replacement.
