CNC MILLING 4-AXIS · RIYADH · ALQASSIM
4-Axis CNC Milling — Precision Machining in Saudi Arabia
Multi-surface, complex-geometry CNC milling for industrial parts, replacement components and prototype-to-production runs. Local KSA capability for work that previously required overseas sourcing.
Overview
4-axis CNC milling adds a rotational axis to standard 3-axis machining, allowing complex multi-face features, angular profiles, and continuous curved surfaces to be machined in a single setup. The result is dimensional accuracy that 3-axis setups, with their inherent repositioning errors, cannot match. For Saudi industrial clients, this means parts that fit right the first time — and replacement components that previously required 6–12 weeks of overseas lead time, completed locally in days.
Our Process
From Brief to Delivery
Engineering Brief
CAD file review, material confirmation, dimensional and surface-finish requirements captured.

Frequently Asked
CNC Milling 4-Axis — Your Questions, Answered
What’s the maximum part size you can mill?
Speak with our team — bed size and Z-clearance vary by machine and clamping setup. We’ve handled parts from 50mm components to 800mm structural pieces.
Can you produce obsolete replacement parts from a sample?
Yes — bring us the original (or what’s left of it) and our engineering team will reverse-engineer dimensions to produce a replacement.
What surface finishes are achievable?
Down to 0.8 Ra as machined; lower with secondary processes. Tell us your application — we’ll specify what’s appropriate.
Do you provide first-article inspection reports?
Yes — on request, particularly for critical industrial applications. Speak with us at quote stage so we can include it.
